Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues with PLCs, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic components.
Conduct equipment inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance within the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
