Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Contract Manager to join our dynamic team in the engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and proposals for transportation, urban planning, and civil engineering projects. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate must be proficient in RFP and proposal management, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts for transportation, urban planning, and civil engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all contractual obligations are met, including project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage the proposal process, including RFP analysis, proposal development, and submission.
- Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigating them.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management in the transportation, urban planning, or civil engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, RFP processes, and proposal management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigating them.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
