We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager focused on Contract Manufacturing within the Medical Device industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional who is experienced in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM), account development, and sales within the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing sector, a strong network of industry contacts, and exceptional negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve or exceed agreed levels of profitable sales revenue.
- Identify and pursue potential clients, partnerships, and business opportunities in the manufacturing and engineering sector.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by offering solutions and services to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s products and services.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in OEM, account development, and sales.
- A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, product development, and contract negotiation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Must be willing to travel as required.
