Contract Recruiter

Our client is a leading food and beverage manufacturing company recognized globally. They are looking to add a Contract Recruiter in Ontario.

This position is a temporary contract for 6 months and is located onsite in Ontario, CA. An ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or light industrial settings, food and beverage experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Contract Recruiter to join our client's team in Ontario, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the position
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively compete for top talent
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and progress

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates in a fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting for positions in the Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, or Light Industrial sectors is highly desirable
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Bilingual Spanish
