Job Details

  • Transactional Guidance: Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on a variety of business transactions, including licensing agreements, partnership agreements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and more.
  • Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they align with the company's goals and protect its interests.
  • Work with the intellectual property team to safeguard the company's intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.
  • Identify legal and business risks associated with various transactions and propose effective risk mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the company's compliance and inform stakeholders of potential legal implications.
  • Collaborate with different departments, including finance, marketing, technology, and operations, to provide legal guidance and support in achieving business objectives.
  • Assist in managing legal disputes and litigation matters, working closely with external counsel as needed.
  • Conduct legal due diligence for potential business transactions and partnerships to evaluate legal risks and opportunities.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development of company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain legal compliance and mitigate potential risks.
