Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Manage full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including review, negotiation, compliance, and tracking
- Serve as primary liaison to external contracting officers, prime contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and other federal regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, estimating) to align contract terms and cost accounting requirements
- Maintain and update registrations in SAM and DIBBS
- Support audits and reporting requirements from DLA, DCMA, and DCAA
- Review and advise on NDAs, teaming agreements, distributor and license agreements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar area of study
- 5+ years of experience in government contracting
- Proficiency with FAR, DFARS, SAM, DIBBS, PIEE, DLA, DCMA, DCAA
- Experience with ITAR and U.S. export control procedures
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
