Job Details

Job Duties:

  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for supply of equipment and services.
  • Negotiate supplier terms and conditions.
  • Prepare issue and evaluate requests for quotation/proposal and invitations to bid.
  • Perform informal solicitation of price and availability for services and/or commodities.
  • Write and issue purchase order contracts.
  • Assist with other duties associated with procurement activities including review of invoices.
  • Provide contract change order support to the project delivery teams to prepare and negotiate change orders or claims as required.


Looking for:
**MUST have experience negotiating terms & conditions, not just contracts
Must have
Basic understanding of purchasing techniques, procedures and policies
Experience with larger contracts is desired - Will deal with 100 million ++ contracts
PC skills in word processing, data input and spreadsheets are required
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
