Controller Construction

We are a local General Contractor in Phoenix, AZ, seeking a driven and detail-oriented Construction Accountant/Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in full cycle Construction Accounting, ideally with Commercial projects. You will be handling Job Costing, A/R, A/P, Payroll, and more. As a Construction Accounting professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

If you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in full cycle construction accounting
• Experience handling Job Costing, AR, AP, Payroll, and more
• Well versed in Sage 300
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
