Job Details

As the Controller, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, and development of internal control policies and procedures. You will also play a key role in strategic planning and board-level financial presentations.

This is a high-impact, highly visible position that requires an individual who is both strategic and detail-oriented, with strong ERP experience—preferably with Deacom. Given our small team environment, the ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing many hats and working cross-functionally to support business operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Accounting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Deliver high-quality financial presentations to the executive team and Board of Directors.
Own the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Serve as the Deacom ERP expert for financial reporting and process optimization.
Partner with operations to analyze production costs, margins, and efficiency metrics.
Lead audit preparation and work with external auditors as needed.
Continuously improve financial systems, workflows, and internal controls.
Support strategic initiatives, including pricing models, capex investments, and M&A due diligence if applicable.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory management.
Deacom ERP experience is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to lead and influence in a small, fast-paced team environment.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
