Job Details

As the Corporate Controller, you will oversee the financial foundation of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role is a critical member of the leadership team, providing insights that guide business decisions and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation of complete, accurate, and timely financial statements
  • Ensure data integrity to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making
  • Monitor financial performance and deliver actionable insights
  • Compile and analyze financial reporting packages for senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process to support growth initiatives
  • Develop and maintain internal financial controls for compliance and operational efficiency
  • Communicate key financial metrics to executive leadership
  • Provide oversight and support to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax and regulatory requirements
  • Uphold high standards of accountability, integrity, and professionalism
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet financial deadlines

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic business insights
  • Experience with ERP and financial software systems (NetSuite ERP preferred)
  • Understanding of manufacturing and cost accounting practices
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, with experience managing teams and processes
  • CPA or relevant certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel 10–15% as needed
