Job Details
As the Corporate Controller, you will oversee the financial foundation of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role is a critical member of the leadership team, providing insights that guide business decisions and long-term growth.

- Oversee the preparation of complete, accurate, and timely financial statements
- Ensure data integrity to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making
- Monitor financial performance and deliver actionable insights
- Compile and analyze financial reporting packages for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process to support growth initiatives
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls for compliance and operational efficiency
- Communicate key financial metrics to executive leadership
- Provide oversight and support to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax and regulatory requirements
- Uphold high standards of accountability, integrity, and professionalism
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet financial deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Deep understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic business insights
- Experience with ERP and financial software systems (NetSuite ERP preferred)
- Understanding of manufacturing and cost accounting practices
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, with experience managing teams and processes
- CPA or relevant certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Willingness to travel 10–15% as needed
