Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Required Education and Experience:

- Prepare and present monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports
- Ensure inventory accuracy across raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and supplies through routine cycle counts
- Maintain and update Bills of Material in coordination with engineering teams
- Analyze labor hours to support production efficiency targets
- Evaluate and adjust overhead rates annually, identifying under/over absorption trends
- Record capital asset transactions and maintain accurate asset listings
- Oversee accounts receivable, credit evaluations, and collections processes
- Track and report cost-saving initiatives in procurement
- Manage the accounts payable process with strong internal controls and accurate coding
- Handle tax filings, including personal property and sales/use tax
- Lead annual budgeting efforts in collaboration with operational leadership, providing ongoing progress updates
- Maintain financial dashboards aligned with monthly reporting
- Support capital expenditure projects, including internal rate of return (IRR) analysis
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller or senior finance role
