Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports
  • Ensure inventory accuracy across raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and supplies through routine cycle counts
  • Maintain and update Bills of Material in coordination with engineering teams
  • Analyze labor hours to support production efficiency targets
  • Evaluate and adjust overhead rates annually, identifying under/over absorption trends
  • Record capital asset transactions and maintain accurate asset listings
  • Oversee accounts receivable, credit evaluations, and collections processes
  • Track and report cost-saving initiatives in procurement
  • Manage the accounts payable process with strong internal controls and accurate coding
  • Handle tax filings, including personal property and sales/use tax
  • Lead annual budgeting efforts in collaboration with operational leadership, providing ongoing progress updates
  • Maintain financial dashboards aligned with monthly reporting
  • Support capital expenditure projects, including internal rate of return (IRR) analysis

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller or senior finance role
