Job Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Manage and oversee all financial reporting and accounting functions
- Analyze financial statements and provide strategic insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Utilize Quorum ODA for oil and gas accounting operations
- Coordinate audits and ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Support cross-functional initiatives and adapt to evolving business needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting (required)
- CPA preferred
- 10+ years of accounting experience, with a strong focus in the oil and gas industry
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and oil & gas financial statement preparation
- Proficiency in Quorum ODA or similar oil & gas accounting systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to wear many hats and get the job done
