Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial reports and prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures
• Manage the audit and tax process to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, audit and tax, and establishing and maintaining internal controls
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing and developing a team of accounting professionals
