Job Details

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in compliance with GAAP
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and internal reporting packages
Maintain the general ledger and ensure consistency in the chart of accounts
Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Develop, implement, and monitor accounting policies and internal controls
Manage year-end audit processes and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
Treasury & Cash Management
Oversee daily treasury operations and ensure adequate liquidity
Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury platforms
Monitor cash flow projections and working capital requirements
Leverage cash reporting tools and KPIs to improve financial visibility
Support capital expenditure planning and financing strategies
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop AR, AP, and accounting staff
Clarify roles and responsibilities while aligning team goals with business priorities
Promote cross-training, process documentation, and continuous improvement
Systems & Process Improvement
Drive improvements in ERP utilization and accounting automation (IQMS experience a plus)
Contribute to reporting enhancements through dashboards and BI tools
Streamline transaction processing and financial close procedures

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
Treasury and cash management experience preferred
Proficient in ERP systems and Excel
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
