Awesome, thriving company that is continuing to grow, daily! They are looking for an experienced Controller to join their team! The ideal candidate for this role will have Public Accounting, SEC, and SOX experience! They are a private-equity company, however, their internal structure is ramping up to be built like a Publicly traded company, so they need that previous experience to help them get there!

Job Details
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of Public Accounting experience, post undergrad.
- 10 years on the Company side (working at a Public/Publicly traded company)
- Extensive experience with SEC, SOX
- Great leader, who doesn't mind building their own team!
- Previous Big 4 experience- KPMG, Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Deloitte
