Position Overview: Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will be charged with maintaining and improving the policies and procedures within our accounting department, manage our month-end close process, and spearhead financial reporting.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Drive month end close process
• Manage account reconciliations
• Own financial reporting
• Prepare financial statements
• Supervise AP & AR
• Manage audits
• Implement AP automation
• Integrate new acquisitions into our accounting processes
• Manage and improve accounting policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance according to US GAAP
• Build out additional reporting to support other department management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 5+ years accounting leadership experience
• 2+ years dealership / service / repair / equipment sales industry experience
• Intercompany consolidations
• Ability and willingness to work on site full time
• Strong US GAAP knowledge
• Experience with multiple ERP / accounting software systems

• Master Degree
• CPA
