The Permanent Controller will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our construction projects, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, certified payroll, compliance, and P&L. Job Details
Responsibilities
1. Oversee all financial operations of our construction projects, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, certified payroll, compliance, and P&L.
2. Develop and implement financial strategies to support project goals and improve profitability.
3. Prepare and present financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the construction industry.
5. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure financial objectives are met.
6. Manage and mentor financial staff, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
7. Participate in the development of strategic plans, providing financial insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role in the construction industry.
2. Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. In-depth knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, certified payroll, compliance, and P&L.
4. Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards in the construction industry.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
