Full time Controller needed in Crofton, MD. We're a manufacturing company hiring for a full time role.

You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field is required. An MBA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cost accounting, financial analysis, strategic planning, and forecasting.
