Our company is in search of a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced Controller to join our dynamic finance team. This role is central to our operations and will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial operations. This includes financial reporting, accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, general ledger, cost accounting, cash flow management, financial auditing, corporate finance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. The successful candidate will have a strong background in these areas, with a proven track record of managing complex financial operations and delivering accurate, timely results.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all financial operations, ensuring that all financial reports are accurate and submitted on time.
2. Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
3. Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and closing processes.
4. Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring that the company maintains sufficient reserves to meet its obligations.
5. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations to senior management.
6. Develop and manage budgets, working with department heads to ensure that spending is aligned with company goals.
7. Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that all payments are made and received on time.
8. Conduct financial audits, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or irregularities.
9. Manage cost accounting processes, ensuring that all costs are accurately recorded and allocated.
10. Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification will be considered a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance industry.
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, general ledger, cost accounting, cash flow management, financial auditing, corporate finance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
4. Excellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage a team.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
