Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze financial data, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive financial performance.
Participate in team meetings, provide insights on financial health, and contribute to long-term planning initiatives.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA designation preferred.
At least 10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
Experience working with multi-location/entities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft platform and accounting software (SAGE Intacct preferred).
