Job Details
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all corporate accounting functions and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
* Coordinate with accounting team for all client audit reviews and coordinate audit for corporate
* Perform analysis on financial data and present findings in reporting
* Communicate clearly and concisely with senior leadership on company's financial status
* Assist in preparing and reviewing the annual budget
* Oversee program and grants accounting
* Recommend and implement improved processes and procedures
* Supervise 1-4 direct reports including Accounting Manager and AP Supervisor
Requirements:
* Previous real estate or property management experience is preferred
* Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required, Masters Degree and/or active CPA preferred
* At least 5 years of full cycle accounting experience with supervisory/leadership experience
* Proven experience of establishing or updating processes and procedures
* This position is fully onsite. Must be able to commute to Portland office 5 days a week.
