We are seeking an exceptional Financial Controller to join our team and lead our accounting department to new heights of excellence. As a pivotal member of our executive team, you will play a fundamental role in steering the financial strategy of our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled and detail-oriented, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Drive the financial direction of the organization by providing insightful analysis, strategic recommendations, and

  • Team Management: Inspire the accounting team to achieve peak performance, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous
improvement.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, optimizing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and reporting requirements, implementing controls and
procedures to safeguard the integrity of financial data.
  • Financial Reporting: Spearhead the development and implementation of rigorous financial reporting processes, producing accurate and timely
financial statements and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-
making and resource allocation.
  • Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive risk evaluations, identifying potential threats and implementing measures to mitigate risk and
safeguard the financial health of the organization.
  • Software Rollouts: Lead the planning, testing, and deployment of new financial software systems or updates, ensuring seamless integration and
maximizing the benefits of technology.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively, optimizing working capital and liquidity to support operational needs and strategic
initiatives.
  • OKRs: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company OKRs, ensuring that financial objectives support and contribute to the
achievement of broader company goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a financial leadership role, with extensive experience in team management, financial reporting, and strategic
financial planning.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
