Job Details
- Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and all aspects of financial reporting
- Lead accounting staff and manage the day-to-day functions of the finance department
- Ensure compliance with nonprofit tax regulations and maintain strong internal controls
- Provide actionable financial analysis to guide leadership in strategic decisions
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with nonprofit accounting standards
