- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
Experience & Industry Knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Preferred background in manufacturing, distribution, or material handling equipment industries.
- Strong experience with NetSuite ERP, including financial module implementation, customization, and reporting (preferred).
- Knowledge of Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting.
- Experience with Avalara Sales Tax software is a plus.
