This role will manage a small team of five, serve in M&A buyer side partnerships, multiple (5) P&Ls, and be heavily integrated into financial analytics and reporting of the organization.

Job Details

MUST HAVE Full understanding of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
Bachelor’s degree required, CPA a plus
7-10 years of related experience required
5+ years of Manager experience required
Understanding of how to handle M&A Activities, such as Opening/Closing Balance Sheet Preparations, Earnouts, and NWC.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written
Proficient in Excel (must be able to create advanced formulas)
Must have a strong ability to be able to analysis a P&L statement and Balance Sheet
Familiarity with NetSuite highly recommended
Experience with Procurify (or like systems), FP&A software’s, and Concur a plus
