Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
2. Conduct regular financial analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
3. Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to predict future revenue and expenditure.
5. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
7. Implement strategies to improve financial performance and efficiency.
8. Participate in the development of strategic plans and objectives.
9. Provide financial insight and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in cost control, financial reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
4. Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and create financial models.
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
7. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Strong leadership and team management skills.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.
10. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
