Scope of Responsibilities:

• A successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and implementing effective programs and controls to protect the company's assets
• This role requires a strong background in manufacturing finance, as well as a deep understanding of GAAP principles
• The Financial Controller will oversee the development and maintenance of a standard cost system, ensuring accuracy in build plans and conducting monthly variance analysis to maintain precise inventory levels
• In addition to financial reporting, the Financial Controller will engage in comprehensive financial planning, which includes developing sales, cost, profit, balance sheet, and cash flow budgets and forecasts
• The role also involves managing capital expenditures and ensuring that all financial activities align with the company's strategic objectives
