Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all company accounts and investments, ensuring all financial operations are in compliance with financial laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
  • Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and report variances.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget by division, and weekly cash flow by division.
  • Manage the preparation of the company’s financial outlooks and financial forecasts.
  • Implement and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate all fiscal reporting activities, including revenue/expense and balance sheet reports.
  • Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, SOX compliance, and financial procedures.
  • Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports.
  • Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns.
  • Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with budgeting, month-end, financial analysis, accounts payable, purchasing, billing, accounts receivable, reconciliations, inventory, and accounting software.
  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
