We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Controller to join our rapidly growing team in the healthcare industry. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting and financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all company accounting practices, including preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining an accurate record of all financial transactions.
2. Manage and supervise all aspects of cash reconciliations and accounts payable.
3. Develop and manage financial forecasts and budgets, monitor progress and changes, and keep senior leadership abreast of the organization’s financial status.
4. Develop and implement effective internal controls to enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
5. Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
6. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and tax filings.
7. Provide leadership and support to accounts receivable and payroll departments.
8. Work closely with leadership team to formulate the company's future direction and support tactical initiatives.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline. CPA or MBA preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the healthcare industry.
3. Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial management principles, with a deep understanding of private and public financial systems.
4. Proficiency in cash reconciliations, accounts payable, forecasting, and budgeting.
5. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced knowledge of accounting software.
8. Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
9. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including the ability to explain and defend financial decisions to stakeholders.
10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
11. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
