Job Details


Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all company accounts and investments, ensuring all financial operations are accurate and effective.
2. Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
3. Manage the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts, interpreting and presenting financial metrics to the management team.
4. Lead the cost accounting process, including raw material cost, labor, and overhead cost analysis.
5. Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports.
6. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
7. Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.
8. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
9. Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
10. Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
3. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
4. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
5. Experience in managing financials, fixed assets, annual budgeting, cost accounting, and cash flow.
6. Familiarity with government reporting requirements.
7. Experience in the oil field services industry is a plus.
8. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
11. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
