A real estate development company, specializing in multifamily, retail, hospitality, and more! We are currently seeking a Corporate Controller to join our leadership team! This individual will be responsible for oversight of all accounting and finance activities. If you have 5+ years of experience, apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial and accounting activities.
• Ensure compliance with appropriate GAAP standards.
• Maintain internal controls for revenue, cost, budget, etc.
• Analyze financial data and complete reports in a timely manner (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Assist with annual budget, planning, etc.
• Manage cash flow forecasting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA Preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience
