ONSITE IN MURFREESBORO

Responsibilities:

Delivering accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
Supporting annual budget processing and review of financial results
Identifying, understanding and resolving tax-related issues
Owning and documenting policies and procedures related to business accounting
Processing external audit reports
Ensuring external reporting is completed in an accurate and timely manner
Assisting in the development of internal organization and consolidation
Managing and supervising the internal activities of finance department
Mentoring staff to demonstrate proper practices and processes are incorporated
Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years finance experience

· Minimum 1year financial management experience

Experience with transportation and/or property accounting a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
CPA, preferred
Highly deadline-focused and detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
