Scope of Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting. The Controller will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, optimizing processes, and providing insightful analysis to support informed decision-making. The Controller will also play a pivotal role in assessing and implementing new tools to help scale the reporting function (e.g., a new ERP system and potentially other software tools).
This will be a highly visible role that works closely with the Leadership Team, including the company’s board and private equity owners by serving as a liaison to communicate the company’s progress against key strategic, financial, and shareholder return objectives.
As the leader of the accounting function, the Controller will also support month-end close and communication, as well as perform ad-hoc strategic analysis. The Controller will also be involved in budgeting and forecasting activities.
