Job Details
Lead and manage accounting functions, including month-end close, financial reporting, job costing, and inventory accounting
Oversee HR responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
Maintain compliance with GAAP, employment laws, and internal company policies
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and operations to align business and people strategies
Utilize systems like QuickBooks and HR tools to ensure accurate reporting and efficient processes
Oversee HR responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
