We are an investment company that acquires land and forms the entities which support the projects through the entitlement process.

Requirements

• CPA!!!
• QuickBooks enterprise experience
• Sage experience Needed
• Federal income tax preparation experience for partnerships and S Corps (optional but very helpful)
• Managing and funding employee benefits, including 401(k), HSA and healthcare
• Multi entity experience
• HR experience, including managing cobra, and employee on boarding an exiting.

Our base business is real estate and construction and we operate 2, 10 bed, residential care homes
