This position will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our client's organization by overseeing the production of financial reports, directing investment activities, and implementing strategies for long-term financial goals. This role requires a proven track record in budgeting and forecasting, as well as a deep understanding of financial principles and business practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of financial information, as well as the development and maintenance of internal control policies and procedures.

Finance & Operations

• Oversee daily accounting, treasury, and payroll functions
• Supervise AP/AR cycles and cash management
• Maintain and improve financial systems and workflows
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and GAAP

Reporting & Compliance

• Lead month-end and quarter-end close
• Prepare accurate financial statements
• Coordinate tax filings and external audits

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Drive annual budgeting and forecasting
• Monitor cash flow and develop projections
• Strategic & Cross-Functional Support

Leadership & Culture

• Manage and mentor two direct reports
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of corporate accounting experience
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and critical thinking skills
