We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controller to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. As the Controller, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities of our organization, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. You will work closely with other members of the finance team to ensure that the company's financial goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts for the organization
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Manage tax and audit processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Oversee the preparation of journal entries and general ledger maintenance
• Monitor cash flow and ensure that the organization has sufficient funds to meet its obligations
• Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management
• Manage and mentor members of the finance team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes
• Experience with tax and audit processes
• Proficient in financial reporting and analysis
• Strong understanding of journal entries and general ledger maintenance
• Ability to monitor cash flow and manage financial risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
