Controller
- $125,000 - $150,000
- Litchfield, MN
Hybrid + Seat at the table + amazing work life balance + oversite of M&A and strategic initiatives
A bit about us:
We are a national platform of home services brands, backed by private equity and growing rapidly through acquisition. They support independently run operating companies across the country with centralized resources, tech, and talent. Think accounting infrastructure, leadership development, sales and marketing support, and operational best practices. The team is tight-knit and collaborative, and this is a great chance to join early in the company’s expansion.
Why join us?
We are scaling fast but with a grounded, people-first approach. The finance team is lean but strong, and the role has high visibility with direct access to the CFO. If you’re someone who likes to roll up your sleeves, build process, and play a part in bigger-picture strategy, this is that kind of opportunity. It’s not just about accounting—it’s about shaping the future of a platform that’s modernizing a fragmented industry.
