Convention Assistant Contract Opportunity with Mission Driven Partner

Job Details
Core Responsibilities:
Manage registration, payment, booth selection, and association communication for Tier 2 and Tier 3 conventions
Coordinate with internal team members regarding hotel blocks, setup/teardown logistics, and advertising opportunities
Track and update shipping status for outgoing and return convention materials
Maintain updated records and files via MS Teams channels and Smartsheet task assignments
Support setup of virtual booths and assist with lead lists, raffles, and donation winner processing
Enter and track expenses and assist with data entry and other admin tasks as needed
Provide reliable backup support to the convention team during peak periods
Regularly lift boxes up to 50 lbs and assist with onsite logistics when necessary
Skills & Experience:
3+ years of warehouse or customer service experience
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Clear and professional communication skills
Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
Visual acuity for close and distance vision tasks
Auditory ability to hear and communicate via phone or conferencing software
Frequent use of hands and arms, ability to climb ladders and navigate warehouse environments
Must maintain regular attendance and adhere to site safety protocols
