We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Permanent Associate Attorney with a specialization in Estate Planning to join our dynamic legal team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients in the areas of trust and estate, conservatorship, estate planning, tax analysis, and tax preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas, with a proven track record of providing excellent client service. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned attorney to apply their expertise in a supportive, collaborative, and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on matters related to trust and estate, conservatorship, and estate planning.
2. Prepare and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and deeds.
3. Conduct tax analysis and provide tax preparation services for estates, trusts, and conservatorships.
4. Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings.
5. Work closely with clients to develop personalized estate plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
6. Assist clients in understanding and navigating the complex legal and tax issues associated with estate planning.
7. Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to estate planning, tax, and probate.
8. Collaborate with a team of attorneys to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
9. Maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on trust and estate, conservatorship, estate planning, tax analysis, and tax preparation.
4. Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations related to estate planning, tax, and probate.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal and tax issues in a clear and understandable manner.
7. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
8. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
10. Strong client service skills, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
