Join our dynamic team as a Financial Advisor and play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals. This exciting position will provide you with the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, offering comprehensive financial planning services. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in financial advisory, retirement planning, and estate planning with at a book of business you are able to bring with you.
Responsibilities:
As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for:
1. Developing, implementing, and revising personal financial plans for clients based on their financial status and life goals.
2. Conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision, and future aims to provide the best financial solution.
3. Assisting clients in making informed decisions about their financial future by providing expert advice on investments, insurance, tax laws, and the implications of specific financial decisions.
4. Promoting financial planning services to potential clients through business development strategies and maintaining a strong professional network.
5. Providing retirement planning, estate planning, and life insurance planning services.
6. Monitoring financial market trends to ensure that plans are effective and to identify any necessary updates.
7. Building and maintaining client relationships through regular check-ins, updates, and reviews.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Financial Advisor position, you should have:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial advisory role.
2. At least a book of 10M that you would be able to bring along.
3. Proven experience in financial planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and life insurance planning.
4. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate complex financial information clearly.
5. Proven track record in business development with the ability to attract and retain clients.
6. In-depth knowledge of the financial industry and market trends.
7. Strong ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
8. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent.
9. A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications would be an added advantage.
