We are currently seeking a dynamic and innovative Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role plays a pivotal part in our mission to deliver top-quality products while continually improving our processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities in the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies to make a significant impact on our operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the implementation of LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
2. Develop and execute a regional strategy for continuous improvement that aligns with the company's overall strategic goals.
3. Collaborate with plant managers and other key stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
4. Provide training and coaching to teams on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
5. Drive the culture of continuous improvement by promoting and implementing effective change management strategies.
6. Monitor and report on the progress of continuous improvement initiatives, identifying any barriers to success and developing strategies to overcome them.
7. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in all continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. An advanced degree or certification in LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related field is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a continuous improvement role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the construction, steel tube, or stamping sectors.
3. Proven track record of successfully implementing LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations.
5. Exceptional leadership and project management skills with the ability to drive and manage change across multiple facilities.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage individuals at all levels of the organization.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.
8. Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
9. Willingness to travel as required to support continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
