Job Details

As the Corporate Accounting & Consolidations Manager, you will take the lead in overseeing the company’s consolidation processes and financial reporting. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of the consolidated financial statements, managing intercompany eliminations, and coordinating with global business units. You’ll also act as a key partner in resolving technical accounting matters, preparing reports for stakeholders, and supporting audits.

Ideal candidates will bring strong corporate accounting and consolidations expertise, critical thinking skills, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure accuracy in the consolidation of financial statements, adhering to U.S. GAAP and company standards.
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in the consolidation and reporting processes.
Manage accounting for corporate holding companies and departments.
Serve as a subject matter expert, addressing and documenting complex accounting issues.
Collaborate with regional business units to distribute FX rates and support the consolidation process.
Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports, including presentations for committees.
Generate consolidated CAPEX reports and selected external reporting schedules.
Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications
CPA and experience with a “Big 4” accounting firm preferred, but not required.
Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of corporate accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Systems Knowledge
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience with HFM (or similar financial reporting tools).
Familiarity with Workiva Wdesk or other financial statement preparation platforms.
Oracle G/L or other general ledger systems is a plus.
