Job Details
A dynamic and expanding legal team is seeking an experienced corporate transactions attorney with 3-7 years of relevant experience. This role is ideal for a professional eager to work on complex business deals and provide strategic legal counsel to a diverse client base.
What You’ll Do:
Guide clients through stock and asset purchase transactions, secured lending, and corporate structuring
Draft and negotiate a range of business agreements, including operating agreements, shareholder agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and supply or licensing contracts
Provide insight on corporate governance and compliance matters
Work closely with clients across industries such as finance, real estate, energy, healthcare, and technology
Experience with dealership and franchise regulations is a plus
