Senior Associate – Capital Markets
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a variety of corporate and transactional matters with a focus on capital markets.
Advise clients on SEC reporting requirements, debt and equity offerings, and IPOs.
Draft and review securities filings and offering documents.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance and successful execution of transactions.
Contribute to the development and growth of the Capital Markets Practice Group.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate law, with a strong emphasis on capital markets transactions.
Proven ability to manage substantive components of complex deals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to professional development and long-term career growth.
