Our firm's Corporate group advises clients on a broad spectrum of matters, providing exposure to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, securities law, and tax and benefits issues. As a member of our team, you'll contribute to a diverse range of transactions, from private equity and capital markets to joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. • Utilize a minimum of 4 years of demonstrated corporate transactional experience
• Engage in challenging work involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements, venture capital financing, and more
• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general corporate matters
• Collaborate closely with a diverse clientele, including NYSE, NASDAQ, and AMEX listed companies, spanning various industries

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated corporate transactional experience
• Florida bar membership in good standing
• Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
• Effective problem-solving capabilities and proactive approach
