A bit about us:
Mid-sized Minnesota Law Firm seeks to add a Corporate Associate Attorney to their practice! The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of Corporate Law experience, including handling transactional mergers & acquisitions, and due diligence! We need someone who can put a deal together from beginning to end!

Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
- 5-8 years of Corporate Finance (equity, debt, mezzanine), M&A, Business Structuring, and Tax Planning
