We are an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity group. This role provides the opportunity to work on complex corporate transactions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment alongside an elite team of attorneys.

What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years of experience handling corporate transactions, with a strong focus on M&A and private equity deals at a well-regarded law firm.
Experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is highly preferred.
Strong drafting, analytical, and writing skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
A team-oriented, client-focused approach, ensuring high-quality legal counsel.
A J.D. from a top-tier law school with outstanding academic credentials.
Admission to practice law in the appropriate state.

What You’ll Do:

Advise clients on M&A and private equity transactions, guiding them through deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
Draft and review purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and other corporate governance documents.
Work closely with colleagues across different practice areas to facilitate seamless transaction execution.
Assist clients with strategic decision-making, identifying risks, and maximizing business opportunities.
