Job Details

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in corporate law and a proactive, client-focused mindset. Specific qualifications include:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for admission).
  • 1-5 years of experience in general corporate matters, including securities law and complex business transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated legal issues related to entity formation, financing, compliance, and governance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
