Job Details
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in corporate law and a proactive, client-focused mindset. Specific qualifications include:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for admission).
- 1-5 years of experience in general corporate matters, including securities law and complex business transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated legal issues related to entity formation, financing, compliance, and governance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
