Our New York office is seeking an experienced Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join our Business Group. As a member of our esteemed law firm, you'll have the opportunity to support a variety of corporate work, including public and private M&A, private equity, joint ventures, growth equity financings, and general corporate and commercial matters for both public and private companies.

Responsibilities:

Support a variety of corporate work, including M&A deals, private equity, joint ventures, growth equity financings, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Prepare ancillary documents, perform due diligence, and prepare diligence reports.
Run deals from start to end with minimal supervision, manage client relationships, and handle day-to-day requirements to provide a high level of service to our clients.
Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience working on M&A deals and general corporate transactions.
Strong drafting and negotiating skills, verbal communication skills, and ability to work well in a team setting.
Strong academic record and AmLaw 100 law firm experience.
Admission to practice law in New York State.
